Cape Breton Hiking Day 3

So day 3, I am still going strong.  Woke up early and cooked scrambled egg again.  Mark was again doing the same thing, frying the potatoes.  I asked him if he could changed his potatoes to another shape and I even offered to do the potatoes the next day.  Again at 8 am sharp, we were out of the door and onwards to a 5/5 hike to Robert's mountain.  Nina was tired so she did not hike up as well and both of us wonder around 2/3 of the way, chatting and looking at squirrels and taking picture along the way.

After that we stopped by a beach or was it yesterday.   I really cannot remember where else we stop but we had lots of pic moment.  We did a short and flat hike to MacIntosh Brooks (1.7 km loop) before we had lunch at the covered area.  It was nice to be out of the cold to eat yet another same as yesterday cold lunch.

After lunch we drove around, we stopped by at the meat cove for more pics. And then to Cabot landing and thereafter to a beach to pick up gypsum.

Last hike of the day is to white point where we saw the sun setting over the hills.  Thereafter it was a very very long drive in the dark back to the hostel Bear on the Lake.  We had fried fish for diner (cooked by Sue).  It was good and I must try cooking it some day (coated with egg and breadcrumbs).
